Funding Target Exceeded Tenfold
Challenge: The Swiss startup Sequent approached us as part of an international project to support its crowdfunding campaign. The goal was to inspire retail investors to back the self-charging Supercharger 2 smartwatch.
Solution: Through personal outreach to journalists and the resulting media coverage, we not only helped achieve the campaign target, but also generated exceptionally high-quality reporting across numerous high-reach online media outlets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In the end, Sequent exceeded its funding goal by a factor of ten.
At the same time, TDUB laid the groundwork for the smartwatch’s subsequent general market launch, as we recorded very strong media interest in test devices. This provided the ideal basis for a successful product introduction.
